In the summer of 2018, internet trolls and jokesters started a false rumor that the Fortnite streamer Ninja had died from a disease called Ligma. The joke is that in response to hearing about this made-up disease, people will ask “what’s Ligma,” to which those in the know will respond “Ligma balls” (which sounds like “lick my balls”).
