“Wee ooh” TikTok videos combine a siren-like sound with a flashing lights effect from either the Disco filter or color-changing LED’s known as TikTok lights. The  sound effect is a part of the song “Mrs. Officer” by Lil Wayne. The full lyrics included in the clip go:

The “wee ooh” Mrs. Officer clip has been paired with the Disco lights effect on TikTok in skits about someone getting caught red handed or who has just done a bad thing. In these videos, TikTokers often pose with a frozen, shocked expression on their faces while the “wee ooh wee ooh” and flashing lights allude to getting busted by the police. At the time of writing, a clip of Mrs. Officer has been used in the background of over 325,000 TikToks and the Disco effect has been used in over 14 million videos.
