The Brief: #ScoobDance is trending on TikTok. The dance, created by Renegade creator Jalaiah Harmon (@jalaiahharmon), promotes the new Warner Bros. film SCOOB.

The cast of SCOOB (Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Gina Rodriguez, and Will Forte) teamed up with TikTok and the creator of the viral Renegade dance, Jalaiah Harmon, to promote the new film being released on May 15 via video-on-demand. Warner Bros. tapped Harmon to create the official #ScoobDance  which features sliding motions and air guitar. The cast of SCOOB also invited TikTokers to show off their best dance moves, set to the track “Slide To The Left” by Mystery Gang feat. Lil Scoob. There are currently over 12,500 videos linked to the sound.

Harmon’s video performing the #ScoobDance with a virtual Scooby-Doo was uploaded on May 2. It  garnered over 314,000 likes and was watched over 2.2 million times on TikTok. It also received over 2.7 million views and over 72,000 likes on Twitter.

Other popular creators took part in the campaign, like creator @JustMaiko. He added his own graphics to his video shot at home. It received over 745,000 likes and 3.4 million views.
