After Kanye West apparently assisted in the design for a merch line for Candace Owens’s #Blexit movement, Owens and West have both denied his association with Blexit.

On Twitter, Candace Owens walked-back on her previous statements that she and Kanye c0llaborated on the logo and design for Blexit merch. She has since clarified that Kanye should not be affiliated with the Blexit movement as he only helped her on a creative graphic design level.

On the Blexit movement, Kanye tweeted “I have nothing to do with it,” explaining that he introduced Owens to a logo-designer but “never wanted any association with Blexit.”

Ye then tweeted that he has “been used to spread messages I don’t believe in” and that “I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative.”

These tweets come after a very political period for Kanye in which he, among other things, advocated for abolition of the 13th amendment, went on an unscripted pro-MAGA rant on SNL, and met with President Trump in the Oval Office.

On Twitter, people are commenting on the roller coaster ride Kanye has been conducting:
