While you’re forced to stay at home, you don’t have to miss a sweat session now that gyms, fitness instructors, and retailers are hosting free workouts online. Enjoy a number of different types of virtual fitness classes from the comfort of your home and all you need is an internet connection. Here are list of virtual fitness sessions to look out for.

Barry’s Bootcamp (Varied)

If you’re missing intense strength and cardio interval workouts, Barry’s Bootcamp has got you covered with two-time daily Instagram TV at-home workouts.There are sessions that only require body weight and others that require the use of a resistance band.

305 Fitness (Cardio, Dance)

If cardio (and fun) is your thing, this “cardio dance party” is for you. You don’t have to be dancer. 305 Fitness founder Sadie Kurzban is offering free livestream classes two times a day on YouTube at 9 a.m. PT and 3 p.m. PT.

Planet Fitness (Varied)

The gym known as a “judgement free zone” is providing “Home Work-Ins” led by their personal training staff everyday over Facebook Live at 5 a.m. PT and 4 p.m. PT. You can also share your progress on social media using Planet Fitness‘s hashtag #UnitedWeMove.
