In response to reports that the U.S. Government may stop the use of Chinese short-form app TikTok, creators are sharing videos about the ban using the hashtag #SaveTikTok.

“TikTokalypse” is a term for both the drama occurring between famous members of the Hype and Sway houses and a reference to the possibility of the app being banned in the United States.
