On March 19, Marcia Fudge, the newly appointed Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, quite literally gathered reporters after she greeted them “Good morning” during a press conference. When they didn’t respond to her salutations, Fudge placed her hand by her ear, motioning for the press to greet her back.
