“I’m The Owner Of This House” videos are a growing trend on TikTok. The trend is marked by creators using audio from social media star and comedian @BlameItOnKway to illustrate their dominion over a person, place, or thing.

In Kway’s original skit captioned “He cheated on me,” his primary character, TiTi, answers the front door, before asking the visitor, “Who are you?” A woman responds, “I’m Pam. Who are you?” “The owner of this house?” TiTi quips.

The audio began trending on the app in late July. At the time of publication, it is linked to over 39,000 videos.

One of the most popular videos is a re-imagining of Monster’s Inc. boo shuts down Sully before he can enter her room at night. It received over 935,000 likes and 3.3 million views.
