The Lizzo song “Boys” is the background to and inspiration for #AllTheBoys TikTok memes. In the song, Lizzo lists some of the many types of boys that can “make a girl go crazy.”

She sings:

“I like big boys, itty bitty boys
Mississippi boys, inner city boys
I like the pretty boys with the bow tie
Get your nails did, let it blow dry
I like a big beard, I like a clean face
I don’t discriminate, come and get a taste”

These lines have been used in a popular TikTok meme “All The Boys” in which people act-out the lyrics in various ways. TikTok memes labeled with the hashtag #AllTheBoys has received over 49 million views on the app.

Some versions show boys while others feature dogs, snakes, celebrities, girls, horses, and others representing the characteristics that Lizzo describes. The different characteristics can be represented through outfit changes, by showing a different person, or with video editing effects.

Predictably, at least one stan made a BTS edition of the meme. 

This is not the first time a Lizzo Song became a TikTok meme. Her song “Truth Hurts” was the inspiration for the DNA Test TikTok memes. No, this meme is not affiliated with the rom-com To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before.
