The Brief: In a tweet, President Trump referred to Stormy Daniels as "Horseface."

DEEP DIVE
In reaction to a federal judge dismissing adult film star Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against the president, Trump wrote in a tweet “Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas…”
“Federal Judge throws out Stormy Danials lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled to full legal fees.” @FoxNews Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas. She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!

Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, responded to Trump, calling him “a disgusting misogynist and an embarrassment to the United States.”
You are a disgusting misogynist and an embarrassment to the United States. Bring everything you have, because we are going to demonstrate to the world what a complete shyster and liar you are. How many other women did you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home? https://t.co/npOKOEFju6

English media personality Katie Hopkins joked that since Stormy has been called a “horseface,” Hopkins will no longer have to bear that title, which was given to her by a sensational Daily Star report.

If you voted for Trump, you never get to lecture anyone about morality or decency ever again. Also, you can definitely shut up about "civility," forever and ever. #Horseface https://t.co/SiSZhZMsBG

Imagine watching our serial adulterer and accused assaulter president call his former porn star mistress #horseface and then being like "yep, this is a good and decent man who really cares about me or anyone else"
