This new TikTok trend shows people being stepped on by themselves. In these videos, which are often set to a remix of “Poker Face” by Lady Gaga, creators pose with a shoe on their face as if they’re being stepped on. Then, they transition to make it look like the person stepping on them is dressed-up version of themselves. Videos in this trend often have BDSM undertones or overtones.

Creators @sadbutdoll and @robwithablog have been credited for popularizing this trend in early 2021.
