TikTokers are trolling the individuals they deem to be the “only exceptions” to things they hate in their lives by lip-syncing to the song “Only Exception” by Paramore. The catch is, they never quite sing the lyrics indicating the said individual is in fact the “only exception.” These videos are intended to be humorous. Though, some might take offense. These TikTok videos began growing in popularity in late June 2020. There are over 16,000 videos linked to the audio.
