These reaction images are stills taken from Drake‘s 2015 “Hotline Bling” music video. They have been remixed in various ways for comic effect and commentary.
Usually, two things are contrasted: the first of which Drake doesn’t like, and the second of which Drake does like. However, the memes are not usually based on Drake’s actual likes and dislikes, but the opinions of the meme-maker. The idea is that the second thing is better than the other.
