Sesh is a broad term for a casual social gathering. It can also refer to any type of session or hangout such as a recording, smoke, makeout, spill, or chill sesh.
Urban Dictionary’s definition is “The process of excessive drug use of your choice with a small to medium group of friends, sometimes people you don’t even know. This usually occurs outside in a recreational park or a small, sweaty bedroom. ” These hangouts often take place at night and are particularly popular among teenagers.
