OTP is an abbreviation used for “on the phone.” It is commonly used on TikTok.

It does not have the same meaning as OTP in fan culture which stands for “one true pairing.” That “OTP” is often used to describe a relationship in fictional texts and films somebody wants to happen/thinks works well together.
