Golden State Warrior Nick Young says he was just “joking” after the release of a video in which he told TMZ that the United States should legalize cocaine and that everybody needs to do it.

Controversial rapper XXXTentacion, née Jahseh Onfroy, was shot and killed during a robbery in South Florida on June 18. The artist, accused of domestic abuse, was 20 years old.
