DEEP DIVE

Canvas Student is a portal and application for use in schools. Through this app and website, students can view grades and course content, submit assignments, keep track of their coursework, send and receive messages, post to discussions, watch videos and take quizzes. They can also opt-in to receive push notifications for reminders and notice when certain things are posted or updated. Canvas Student is free to download and use.

Schools and teachers may use Canvas to communicate with students and parents, but the Canvas Student application is specifically for use by students.
